Residents typically stay for a duration of 3 to 6 months, during which they receive assistance with various aspects of their refugee immigration processes. This includes support with legal aid, immigration medicals, biometrics, Ontario works, applications for subsidized housing, work permits, job searches, and guidance in securing more permanent housing within the community.
